750 S Hancock St HVAC permit issued for new construction
Higgins Mechanical Services LLC is putting in a new 2-ton electric heat pump air handler with new ductwork at 750 S Hancock St for owner Louisville Metro Housing Authority as part of new construction for a single-family unit. The job is estimated at $10,990, the mechanical permit has been issued and the HVAC rough-in passed on June 2, 2026, with the permit set to expire June 2, 2027 — so it looks like the project is off to a solid start.
