Automatic Air Corp is set to replace the second-floor air conditioner and coil at 11005 Craigs Creek Pl. The residential replacement for owner David A. Erhart is a single-system swap (current and proposed tonnage both 2 tons) with the air handler in the attic and the condenser at ground level, estimated at $6,000. No new ductwork is planned and permanent ladder access will be provided for inspections, so it looks like a straightforward HVAC swap rather than a full overhaul.
