Bakers Heating AC is swapping out the HVAC at 7505 Pony Haven Dr for Autumn Trace Condominiums Council, installing an 80% furnace and a 2.5-ton air conditioner. The residential replacement permit has been issued, the project is estimated at $4,000, and the condenser will sit at ground level while the indoor equipment is on the first floor — so the condo should be comfortable again soon.
