413 NICKLEBY WAY HVAC replacement permit issued
Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is replacing the HVAC system at 413 Nickleby Way for owner Benjamin A. Bowles, with the permit issued and the project estimated at $4,500. The work replaces an 80% furnace with the equipment located in the basement and the condenser at ground level, and the job was sized for the southeast-facing 3,250-square-foot home (heat gain ~26,458 BTU, heat loss ~44,246 BTU).
