Prestige Solutions Electricity HVAC & Heating is installing new gas heating and air equipment with fresh ductwork—three systems in all—at the condo located at 919 S Clay St for owner Abram Brandon Jr. The residential HVAC project, estimated at $15,000, will place the equipment in the mechanical room with the condenser at ground level outdoors. The permit is issued, so the work should be getting started soon.
