6512 E Manslick Rd HVAC replacement permit issued
David McCauley has hired Bryant Heating AC to replace the AC unit and indoor coil at 6512 E Manslick Rd, with the project estimated at $2,000. The permit covers swapping a 2.5-ton gas system and outdoor condenser at ground level (no new ductwork), the job is permitted and fees are paid — so cooler air is on the horizon.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
