Owner Shannon Hardy has hired ASVKY-1 LLC (licensed pro Shelley DuBoise of AireServ) to replace the home's 3-ton split HVAC system at 3247 Ellis Way. The residential replacement swaps the air handler/coil, 90% furnace and condenser/heat pump with equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside, with a project value estimated at $11,500.
