8505 SILVER FOX RD HVAC replacement permit issued for 2.5 ton split system
An HVAC contractor, ASVKY-1 LLC (licensed pro Shelley DuBoise), is replacing the 2.5-ton split system at 8505 Silver Fox Rd for owners Sherri Lynn Davis and Carmella Esarey. The gas-powered swap—estimated at $13,700—replaces the air handler/coil and condenser heat pump, keeps the same 2.5-ton capacity, and notes the equipment will sit in the basement with the condenser at ground level outdoors; no new ductwork or ladder access is required.
