998 Meadow Hill Rd HVAC replacement: furnace, coil, condenser, ductwork
Mello Heating & Cooling LLC (licensed pro Jeffrey Mello) will replace the furnace, coil, condenser and ductwork at 998 Meadow Hill Rd for owner MWGREO LLC. The single-family HVAC swap — one 2.5-ton system with the air handler in the crawl space and the condenser at ground level — is estimated at $8,500, so the house should be breathing easier once the work is complete.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
