4516 Accomack Dr HVAC replacement permit issued
Peterman Brothers (licensed pro Robert Luckett) is doing a like‑for‑like HVAC replacement at 4516 Accomack Dr for owner Linda Aguirre, swapping in a GLXS5 2.5‑ton AC (GLXS5BA3010) and matching indoor coil (CAPTA3022B3). The single‑family electric system is being replaced on Level 1 with the condenser at ground level and no new ductwork proposed. The project is permitted with an estimated cost of $8,756, so it looks like a routine equipment swap rather than a full overhaul.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
