521 Cannons Ln HVAC replacement: furnace and heat pump installed
The Maintenance Department, Inc. replaced the existing furnace and installed a new furnace plus a heat pump system at 521 Cannons Ln for owner Morris Ella Michelle, a project valued at an estimated $19,637. The equipment sits in the basement with the condenser at the rear exterior, and although the work was completed on 7/24/25 the permit was overlooked during the busy season and only slipped into the system afterward.
