Air Solutions Heating & AC will replace the furnace, air conditioner, and A-coil at 9402 Magnolia Ridge Dr Unit 204 for owner Magnolia Ridge Condominium Council O. The single 2.5-ton system (an 80% furnace) will be installed with the air handler in the laundry-room closet and the condenser at ground level, estimated at $4,500 with no new ductwork planned.
