5908 Middleground Dr issued for HVAC replacement AC/coil
A+Derr Heating and Cooling will replace the air conditioner and coil for owner Jason Scott Jr. Couture at 5908 Middleground Dr, installing a new 2.5-ton electric system with the work estimated at $6,278. It's a straight one-system residential swap with no new ductwork (condenser at ground level), the permit has been issued, and $105 in fees has been paid—so cooler nights are on the way.
