334 MONOHAN DR HVAC replacement permit issued
Prudential HVAC (contact KFRENCH@PrudentialHVAC.com) is replacing the gas furnace at 334 Monohan Dr for owner McKenzie Jean Hemming; the permit for a single 3-ton basement furnace with a ground‑level outdoor condenser was issued on 05/27/2026. The job is a residential HVAC replacement—a 90% efficiency furnace swap—and $105 in permit fees have been paid, so it looks like a straightforward upgrade to keep the house toasty.
