10802 DARTFORD PL HVAC Replacement permit issued
Kinser & Kinser Inc has been issued a permit to replace the air conditioner and indoor coil at 10802 Dartford Pl for owner Rachel Rice. The electric HVAC swap covers one 4-ton system with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level, estimated at $6,365, and no new ductwork is planned.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
