10203 WAYCROSS AVE HVAC Replacement - Furnace and AC
Licensed HVAC contractor Ira Gross of Ira Air is replacing the furnace and air conditioner at 10203 Waycross Ave for owner Brett Edds, a single-family HVAC replacement estimated at $8,900. The job is a like-for-like swap of a 2-ton gas system (furnace categorized as 80%), with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level—no new ductwork or rooftop units planned, so it looks like a straightforward comfort upgrade.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
