1926 Roanoke Ave HVAC replacement - install mini split system
Kinser & Kinser Inc is replacing the HVAC at 1926 Roanoke Ave for homeowner Kirk David McIver, installing a Durastar mini‑split system. The electric, 2‑ton unit will sit with equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside, estimated at $8,500; the residential replacement permit is issued and $105 in fees have been paid—so cooler times ahead for the house.
