4206 ASHLEYWOOD CT mechanical permit: replaced 2 AC units and indoor coils
Kinser & Kinser Inc is replacing two air conditioners and indoor coils at 4206 Ashleywood Ct for owner Norris David Keith. The residential HVAC replacement covers two 3.5-ton electric systems with the air handlers in the basement and condensers at ground level, estimated at $15,971. No new ductwork is planned, so it looks like a straightforward equipment swap rather than a full system overhaul.
