11804 Ridge Road HVAC replacement permit issued
One Choice Mechanical LLC is replacing the residential HVAC at 11804 Ridge Road for owners Julius J. Barefoot, MD, and Jennifer A. Barefoot, MD. The electric swap-out covers one 3-ton system—replacing the air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump—with a project value estimated at $8,147.17; the condenser will be roof-mounted and the crew says they’ll provide ladder access for inspections.
