Stivers Heating AC is replacing the HVAC at 439 Downes Terrace for owner Birdcrash LLC, swapping out the air handler/coil and keeping the system at a 2-ton capacity for the single-family home. The permit was issued on 05/22/2026 with a requested on-site final inspection for 05/26/2026; the condenser will sit at ground level and no new ductwork is planned.
