4911 SHASTA TRL HVAC replacement permit issued
Becht Givens Service Experts is swapping out the HVAC at 4911 Shasta Trl for owner Teaunda J. Montgomery, removing the old system and installing a 1.5‑ton Lennon ML14KC1 single‑stage air conditioner paired with a Lennon ML180 70,000 BTU up‑flow gas furnace. The single‑family replacement is estimated at $12,820, requires ladder access for inspections, and keeps the condenser at ground level with no new ductwork proposed.
