8515 Moody Rd HVAC replacement fire damaged duct work and gas furnace
Superior Heating & Cooling replaced fire-damaged ductwork and an 80% efficiency gas furnace for owner Nestor L. Vega at 8515 Moody Rd. The residential HVAC replacement was installed in the basement (condenser at ground level) and is listed with a project value estimated at $12,000. The permit is issued, so it looks like the house is getting back toasty and operational after the damage.
