2036 New Main St issued HVAC replacement permit

Automatic Air Corp is replacing the AC and a 90% furnace at 2036 New Main St for owner Suzanne Marino in a residential HVAC replacement estimated at $11,000. The project replaces the air handler/coil and a ground-level condenser for a 2.5-ton system with the equipment located in the basement, and the mechanical permit has been issued so work can proceed.
