1318 Morton Ave replaced 3-ton air conditioner and 3-ton coil
User Friendly Home Services is handling an HVAC replacement at 1318 Morton Ave for owner William B. Woodall, swapping a 3-ton air conditioner and a matching 3-ton coil. The job replaces the air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump (indoor unit in the basement, condenser at ground level) and is estimated at $1,500. The permit has been issued, so this looks like a routine unit swap rather than a larger renovation.
