7115 ALMA JUNE WAY HVAC permit issued for A/C coil replacement
HVAC contractor Josh Naufel replaced the A/C and coil at 7115 Alma June Way for owner Pabitra Chouhan, completing a residential HVAC replacement for the single-family home. The work was a like-for-like swap of a 14-ton system — air handler/coil in the basement with the condenser on the roof — estimated at $27,000 and with no new ductwork required.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
