5200 VASSAR AVE HVAC replacement permit issued
WCA Group LLC (permits@maxservicegroup.com) is replacing the heating and cooling system at 5200 Vassar Ave for owner Bridwell Lindsey Taylor, installing a Carrier 90-90 Infinity combo — a 60,000 BTU furnace and a three-ton air conditioner set up as an upflow in the basement. The gas-powered job includes a new air handler/coil, leaves the condenser at ground level with no new ductwork, and carries an estimated cost of $20,657; the permit has been issued so work can move forward.
