5200 VASSAR AVE HVAC replacement permit issued

WCA Group LLC (permits@maxservicegroup.com) is replacing the heating and cooling system at 5200 Vassar Ave for owner Bridwell Lindsey Taylor, installing a Carrier 90-90 Infinity combo — a 60,000 BTU furnace and a three-ton air conditioner set up as an upflow in the basement.
