10825 Golden Maple Place HVAC replacement permit issued
WCA Group LLC is replacing the HVAC at 10825 Golden Maple Pl for owners Robert E. and Kelly A. Oritz, installing a Carrier upflow 80/80 three-ton combo in the basement with the condenser at ground level outside. This gas-fired, one-system replacement includes a new air handler/coil and an 80% furnace, carries an estimated project cost of $22,142, and the permit has been issued.
