New Albany Heating AC is replacing the air-conditioning system at 122 N 26th St for Beverly Eames, on a property owned by the Eames Family Trust. The licensed contractor will swap the air handler/coil and install a ground-level condenser heat pump (one system), bumping capacity from 13.4 to 14.3 tons with the project estimated at $5,500 and the mechanical permit already issued.
