1626 CHEROKEE RD issued for HVAC system at Pool House
Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is installing a new electric HVAC system for the pool house at 1626 Cherokee Rd for owner Cowley William Eugene III. The project covers one system with the condenser at ground level, no new ductwork, and sizing for the 500‑square‑foot pool house (heat gain ~19,546 / heat loss ~28,334). The job is estimated at $8,300 and the permit was issued on 05/19/2026, so that little outbuilding should be ready to stay comfortable year‑round.
