6109 CHAMBERS WAY HVAC coil changeout permit issued
Quality Heating & Air is swapping out the AC coil at 6109 Chambers Way for owners Ucan Ake Wilbert F & Laura E, a residential HVAC replacement estimated at $4,000. The job replaces the air handler/coil on the single 2.5-ton system with equipment in the crawl space and the condenser at ground level — call Laura at 502-297-4714 with questions. The permit is issued, so you might see a tech from Quality Heating & Air working on the home soon.
