Licensed HVAC contractor Nicholas Dones of AirWorx Services is installing a 2.5-ton heat pump system with new ductwork in a new single-family home at 4013 Crawford Ave for owner Mihir Properties LLC. The electric HVAC permit has been issued for one system, with the outdoor condenser at ground level and equipment located on Level 1. The project is estimated at $8,500, so it appears to be a straightforward single-system install for this new construction.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
