403 W Kingston Ave HVAC replacement permit issued
WCA Group LLC is replacing the HVAC system at 403 W Kingston Ave for owner Jorge A. Borrego Carballo. They’ll install a Carrier 80-80 combo — a 70,000 BTU furnace paired with a 2-ton air conditioner, upflow in the basement with the condenser at ground level, with the project value estimated at $14,902.
