4032 Brookfield Ave HVAC Residential Replacement Permit Issued
Prudential HVAC, with licensed pro John MacLeod, is replacing the gas HVAC system at 4032 Brookfield Ave for owner SEJ Properties LLC, installing a like-for-like 2.5-ton system. The project replaces the air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and a 90% furnace (equipment in the basement, condenser at ground level), the permit has been issued and is valid through 05/14/2027.
