Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning has been issued a permit to install a new gas HVAC system at 8413 Hollis View Way for owner Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC, with the project estimated at $12,361.81. The Park Ridge (Lot 47) single-family build will get new ductwork and one system — condenser at ground level with equipment on level 2 or higher — serving a 2,206 sq ft home so the new homeowners should be cozy in winter and cool in summer.
