447 SWING LN HVAC replacement mini split in master bedroom
Automatic Air Corp is installing a 1.5-ton electric mini-split in the master bedroom at 447 Swing Ln for owner Diebold Legacy Trust, with the residential replacement permit issued and the project estimated at $8,000. The single-system setup places the indoor unit on an upper level and the condenser at ground level — a tidy, energy-efficient upgrade for the home.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
