Breckinridge Heating & Cooling is doing a full HVAC system replacement at 1034 Dixon Ave for owner Wave Capital LLC. The work swaps out the air handler/coil and installs a 90% efficiency gas furnace for this single-family home, keeping the 2.5-ton capacity with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level.
