407 W SOUTHSIDE CT HVAC replacement permit issued
Tom Drexler Plumbing is replacing the gas HVAC system at 407 W Southside Ct for owner Toler Osborne W, installing a 2-ton air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and an 80% furnace. The equipment will live in the basement with the condenser at ground level, no new ductwork is planned, and the job is estimated at $11,888. The permit has been issued and is valid through 05/07/2027, so this looks like a straightforward system swap rather than a big renovation.
