11804 Old Shelbyville Rd: Replace AC unit and coil
Buffat Services Inc. will replace the AC unit and air handler/coil at 11804 Old Shelbyville Rd for owner Jeanette S. Giska. This single-family electric HVAC replacement is a one-system, 2-ton swap with the air handler in the attic and the condenser at ground level, requires ladder access for inspections, and is estimated at $5,000 — so cooler, more efficient days are on the way.
