Project Heating & Cooling is replacing the condo HVAC at 2505 Lindsay Ave, Unit 3 for owners George & Joe. The issued residential permit, estimated at $5,700, covers replacement of the air handler/coil and the outdoor condenser heat pump—a single two-ton system—with equipment located on Level 1 and the condenser at ground level. No new ductwork or rooftop work is planned (no ladder access required), and the permit is valid through 05/05/2027, so Unit 3 should be getting comfy again soon.
