7017 CREEKTON DR HVAC replacement permit issued
Konar Joint Living Trust is having a full HVAC system replacement at 7017 Creekton Dr, with Paul Konar listed as the project contact. Tom Drexler Plumbing is the licensed contractor replacing a gas, 5-ton system—air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and a 90% furnace—with a project value estimated at $33,981. The permit was issued on 05/05/2026 and a final inspection is requested for 05/12/2026, so new heating and cooling should be humming soon.
