Air Support LLC is replacing the full HVAC system for owner Bell Ebonique N at 8009 Grandmeadow Ln, swapping the air handler/coil, a 2.5-ton condenser heat pump, and a 90% efficiency furnace on the home’s main level. The one-system job is estimated at $8,500, requires no new ductwork or ladder access, and will have the condenser sitting at ground level outdoors — a tidy upgrade to keep the house comfortable.
