7012 ETHAN ALLEN WAY HVAC permit issued for new construction
Simply Service LLC (licensed HVAC pro Jon Williams) is installing a new gas HVAC system as part of a new construction/rebuild at 7012 Ethan Allen Way for owner Lopez Victor Adrian Calderon. The residential job includes one system with new ductwork — equipment will be in the attic with a ground-level condenser, ladder access will be permanently provided for inspections, and the project is estimated at $1,000, so you might spot a contractor van around the block soon.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
