2510 Elliott Ave HVAC Residential - New permit issued

Superior Heating & Cooling is set to install a new electric HVAC system at 2510 Elliott Ave. The Housing Partnership Inc.'s new 1,368-square-foot single-family home will get a 2.5-ton heat pump with new ductwork (condenser at ground level, indoor equipment on Level 1), with the project valued at an estimated $10,000. The permit has been issued and fees of $105 were paid, so climate control is officially on the way.
