Watson Mechanical is installing a two-headed mini split at 2115 Grand Ave for owner Hayes Elaina Louis under a residential HVAC replacement permit. The electric mini-split (2 tons) is a replacement project estimated at $8,000, with the indoor unit on an upper level and the condenser set at ground level outdoors.
