Bertha Bibbs is giving her home's heating and cooling a refresh at 200 N 32nd St, replacing an existing 70,000 BTU up‑flow gas furnace (96% AFUE) and installing a matching 2.5‑ton, 14.3 SEER2 air‑conditioning condenser. The work is being performed by licensed HVAC contractor Becht Givens Service Experts and is estimated at $10,000.
