4004 Brentler Rd Mechanical Permit issued for air handler heat pump replacement
Air Support LLC is replacing the air handler and heat pump at 4004 Brentler Rd for owner Terry Bacon in a residential HVAC swap estimated at $9,000. The electric, like-for-like job replaces one 4-ton system (air handler/coil and outdoor condenser) with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside, so it should be a straightforward comfort upgrade for the single-family home.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
