219 Brown Ave HVAC replacement permit issued
Four Seasons HVAC is set to replace the residential HVAC at 219 Brown Ave for owner Brown Avenue Investments LLC, installing a new 3-ton air-conditioning system and replacing the air handler/coil and condenser (heat pump). The job, estimated at $6,200, will place the condenser at ground level with no new ductwork required, and the on-site contact is Mr. McChesney at 338-1758.
