7626 HEAVENS ESTATES WAY HVAC replacement permit issued

Four Seasons HVAC will replace the HVAC system at 7626 Heavens Estates Way for owner Monica Bohn, installing a new A/C and an 80% furnace with the project valued at about $16,000. The job replaces the air handler/coil and an outdoor condenser (equipment in the basement, condenser at ground level), is a single-system swap with no new ductwork, and the permit has been issued.
