7615 Cove Dr: HVAC Residential Replacement Changeout permit issued
One Choice Mechanical LLC is replacing the electric HVAC system at 7615 Cove Drive for owner Ina B. Knapper, with the project estimated at $8,000. It's a straightforward changeout of one 3-ton system — replacing the air handler/coil and the outdoor condenser/heat pump — with no new ductwork or rooftop units planned.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
