3012 Montana Ave mechanical permit to replace existing HVAC system
Rednour Real Estate Services LLC has filed for a residential HVAC replacement at 3012 Montana Ave. Licensed contractor Josh Naufel of Airheads HVAC will replace the 1.5-ton gas package unit (equipment in the attic, condenser at ground level), add two supply leads for a new addition, and the project is estimated at $7,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
